I have lived in Hampton Roads for over 20 years, and can't imagine a better place to be!  My husband is a career military officer in the Navy and we have 4 children (and 3 dogs). I have been in real estate for over 12 years. I specialize in residential real estate, with extensive experience in all areas. I am a certified distress property expert (CDPE), and help many people avoid foreclosure by successfully listing their homes as a short sale.

Buying a home is an amaing time in your life. Whether this is your first home, or your 10th home, it is always exciting. For some people it can be confusing, especially if you are new to the process. Contracts and addenda change all of the time, and they are filled with lots of legal information that you may not understand. I'm here to explain all of the paperwork to you and  make sure all of your questions are answered. I can help with determining a price range you are comfortable with, neighborhood information, and to help you populate your "wish list".  My goal is to find that perfect home for you and to get you the best deal possible!

Sellers' Representation

Selling a house can be an overwhelming task. There are open houses and showings to put up with, purchase offers to negotiate, inspections, and complicated paperwork....not to mention, packing, de-cluttering and keeping the house straight all of the time! Listing your home with me will take away many of these concerns. My goal is to make this process as easy and stress free as possible, selling your home quickly for the most amount of money it can!

For starters, I will perform a comparable market analysis (CMA), to obtain an accurate price for your home. Then we will arrange a time to do a walk through of your home together. This way, if there are any repairs, improvements, landscaping or staging that needs to be done, it can be done to ensure the house shows well in pictures and online. Your home will be advertised through a variety of methods with extensive online marketing, local publications and online MLS listings. It will also be on my website under Featured Listings.

Once we receive an offer, I will make sure that all of the paperwork is complete, the buyers are qualified for the purchase, and that you understand contract contingencies and details of the closing process.  I am here to represent you throughout the entire selling process, and to make sure that your real estate transaction is a positive and profitable experience..
